Each Player is entitled to hold one Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kpk4d will close all duplicate accounts identified and may void any winnings generated from them.
kpk4d applies a risk-based KYC framework in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, before processing withdrawal requests, or at any point at kpk4d's reasonable discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kpk4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kpk4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit and include, but are not limited to, BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value — a same-source return policy applied as a fraud-prevention measure. kpk4d may request additional verification before processing withdrawals of Rp 10.000.000 or above.
kpk4d does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, over which kpk4d has no control or responsibility.
Deposits made to kpk4d are final once confirmed. kpk4d will not reverse a deposit except in cases of demonstrable system error, which must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction. Chargeback requests filed with a bank or payment provider in bad faith will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
kpk4d offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general provisions.
kpk4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice where required by regulatory obligations or to protect the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed by kpk4d for reasons other than a Player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's most recently used and verified payment method within 14 business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kpk4d holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, kpk4d and the Player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If direct negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of written notice, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution, conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits kpk4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, including intellectual property rights and fraud prevention measures.
kpk4d may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure under clause 12. The Terms applicable to any completed transaction are the Terms that were in force at the time the transaction was initiated.
